Refund & Return Policy

At TANASSAM PERFUMES, we want you to shop with confidence. While perfumes are personal products, we’ve designed a customer-friendly return policy to make your experience worry-free.

1. 7-Day Easy Return

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be in original packaging with box and accessories.

⁠ Sealed Products:

Unopened items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Unsealed Products:

Opened items must be returned within 2 days of delivery and should be in original condition with minimal use.

2. Try Before You Decide (Limited Use Policy)

We understand that choosing a fragrance online can be difficult.

You may test the perfume with up to 5–10 sprays only.

Returns will be accepted if the bottle is at least 95% full.

3. Non-Returnable Conditions

Products that are heavily used (more than allowed testing)

Missing original packaging or damaged box

Items purchased during clearance or special promotions

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours with photos/video proof.

We will provide a free replacement or full refund, including shipping.

5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Return Shipping

A small return shipping fee may apply.

Free returns are available if the issue is from our side.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. After shipping, cancellation is not possible.
