At Tanassam Perfumes, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of fragrance products, we maintain strict hygiene and quality standards for returns and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
The request is raised within 24 hours of receiving the order
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for opened or used perfumes.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Opened or used perfumes
Products with broken seals or tampered packaging
Items returned after 24 hours of delivery
Products purchased during clearance or special sale (unless damaged)

3. Return Process

To request a return:

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
Provide your order number and clear photos of the product
Our team will review and confirm eligibility
If approved, we will arrange pickup or guide you on the return process

4. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider

5. Replacement Option

In eligible cases, you may choose:

Replacement of the same product, or
Refund, based on availability and preference

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
